corset style bodice in slick black satin. originally presented in two color ways and shown layered though-out a number of the looks presented for the season. cut beautifully with darts at the bust and a small zippered hem to adjust the pieces’ flare when layered. there is a weighted coin on the inside of the corset’s neckline to weigh the piece down when worn (!) see slides 10 & 11. lined in a lightweight cotton for comfort.an important and rare piece from the mm archives.. made in italy.
