martin margiela trompe l’oeil photo-print rayon dress, s/s 1996

ultra rare photo-printed dress from one of martin's most iconic collections which utilized a trompe l'oeil technique- with dresses, tops and skirts that were printed with photographs of various vintage garments. this print was shown in two color ways, and in two different opacities, sheer and not.

* tagged size medium, fits larger. (shown on a size small or FR 36 mannequin, drapes beautifully on various sizes.)
