prada multicolor abstract scenic print skirt, f/w 2004

abstract scenic print skirt in light blue, deep navy, and grey. the bottom half is whipstitched and patched with the alternately coloured textile near its hem. there are horizontal permanent creases that suggest wrinkling; oh-so prada. this ghostly motif was seen heavily throughout the collection, & printed on skirts, dresses, and bags. an absolute gem from one of miuccia’s chicest.. sees slides 9 & 10 for runway and print documentation, and previous post for a 10-slide visual of the season’s campaigns, shot by steven meisel.
