yoshiki hishinuma sheer top with floral embroidery, 1996

yoshiki hishinuma embroidered long sleeve top from 1996. features a floral woolen yarn motif in blue at its front evoking some form of tapestry. the main body is a crinkled and sheer stretch-ivory textile, and features extra long arms! the original owner of this piece was kind enough to send me a photo of her travels to japan in 1996, where she visited the YH atelier, and subsequently tried on and purchased this very piece- another interesting provenance, see final slide!

size: unisex “medium” - lots of stretch and long arms
